Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the viv888 Platform. Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Joint accounts or shared accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
viv888 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 500.000 or as determined by our compliance team. Verification may also be requested at any time at viv888's discretion, including during account review processes.
To complete KYC verification, Players must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a verification request, viv888 reserves the right to restrict your Account, suspend withdrawal functionality, or terminate your Account entirely. Any deposited funds held in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures and applicable international compliance standards.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. viv888 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
All transactions on the viv888 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion, where required, is performed at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. viv888 does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
viv888 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed via Indonesian domestic bank transfer or supported e-wallet methods. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely your responsibility.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. viv888 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 from the balance of dormant accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the Account may be permanently closed.
Withdrawals are only permitted once your KYC verification is complete and any applicable Bonus Balance wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds while active wagering requirements remain will result in the Bonus Balance being voided.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the viv888 Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
New Players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of Rp 20.000.000. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. viv888 reserves the right to withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within this period will result in the Bonus Balance being automatically removed from your account.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be successful for the bet to win; a void or cancelled leg will reduce the accumulator accordingly. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with standard Asian handicap rules.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise voided after bets have been accepted, viv888 will settle affected bets in accordance with its published settlement rules. In most cases, bets on voided events are refunded at stake. For in-play markets where a void occurs after partial settlement, each case will be reviewed individually by our trading team.
viv888 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on any bet, game session, or promotion. Standard maximum single-event winnings are Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit is expressly communicated in writing. Progressive jackpot values are determined by the game provider and fall outside viv888's standard win limits.
In the event of a software error, technical malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, payout, or game outcome, viv888 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to Players' accounts. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viv888 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of viv888. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viv888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall viv888 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if viv888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
viv888 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data network operators. Any disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant service provider directly.
viv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, engagement in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable fees will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bonus Balances are not withdrawable upon Account closure.
Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for return as described above. viv888 reserves the right to retain transaction records and Account data for a minimum of five years as required by our compliance obligations.
